Responsibilities:

Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries, updates, and renewals

Process new insurance applications and policy changes accurately and efficiently

Handle inbound customer calls and resolve service issues with professionalism

Educate clients on coverage options, policy details, and available products

Maintain accurate client records and documentation in the agency management system

Support sales efforts by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities

Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

Active Property & Casualty (or willingness to obtain)

Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in basic computer applications and data entry

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive, client-first attitude with a passion for helping others
