What you’ll do: As our Customer Service Leader, you’ll be the first point of contact for our amazing patients, guiding them through every step of their smile journey. Your superpowers will include:

• Answering calls and messages with a smile – whether it’s scheduling appointments, answering questions, or just brightening someone’s day.
• Appointment coordination – managing schedules efficiently so every patient gets the care they need, exactly when they need it.
• Payment processing – handling transactions like a pro, ensuring everything is accurate and smooth.
• Information updates – keeping patient contact details and records up to date.
• Problem-solving heroics – directing patients to the right department, troubleshooting concerns, and making sure every experience is positive.
• Team collaboration – working with other Smile Bosses to maintain a friendly, organized, and efficient office environment.

Who we’re looking for: You’re motivated, energetic, and professional—but you also know how to have fun while getting things done. You love connecting with people, thrive on organization, and have an eagle-eye for detail. Bonus points if you:

• Have experience in customer service, front desk operations, or a similar role.
• Are comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling software.
• Can multitask without missing a beat, and keep a cheerful attitude while doing it.
