We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team in New Orleans. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, problem resolution, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, providing timely and effective solutions
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and follow up on requests
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Monitor client feedback and proactively identify opportunities to improve services
Support the development of processes to enhance client experience
