Children’s Lighthouse Parker is looking for a warm, energetic, and highly organized Customer Service Manager to join our leadership team! This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, helping families, and creating an exceptional experience from the very first tour through enrollment and beyond.
What You’ll Do
Greet and assist prospective and current families
Lead tours and help families through the enrollment process
Answer phones, emails, and parent inquiries professionally and promptly
Support family retention and customer satisfaction initiatives
Maintain student records and enrollment documentation
Assist with marketing, community outreach, and events
Support center leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Create a welcoming, positive, and professional front-office environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
Experience in childcare, education, hospitality, sales, or customer service preferred
Comfortable using computers, email, and office software
Passion for working with families and children
