    About the Role:

    As our E-commerce Fulfillment Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact for our e-commerce clients, ensuring exceptional onboarding, operational excellence, and strong long-term partnerships. You’ll act as their advocate within our 3PL, driving performance and growth while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead client onboarding, including system integrations and operational setup.

    Develop client SOPS

    Manage day-to-day client communication and proactively resolve issues.

    Monitor fulfillment KPIs (order accuracy, inventory, returns) and drive continuous improvement.

    Provide regular reporting and business reviews to clients.

    Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and support growth initiatives.

    Collaborate with warehouse operations and sales to ensure service excellence.

    Qualifications:

    3+ years in account management, client success, or customer service (3PL or e-commerce preferred).

    Strong understanding of e-commerce fulfillment and operational processes.

    Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.

    Experience with WMS and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Tik Tok) required

    Previous experience with Extensiv highly desired.

    Previous experience with Freshdesk ticketing system highly desired.
