About the Role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team at TEEZ Hair Studio in Highland Village, TX. As the Customer Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in the door.

Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process for clients

Train and supervise front desk staff to provide excellent customer service

Handle client inquiries and concerns, and ensure they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner

Coordinate scheduling and appointments to optimize client flow

Assist with inventory management and ordering of salon supplies

Cosmetology license is a plus/ this is not a position doing hair

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer service (salon experience a plus)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Provable Managerial Experience

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in salon management software is a plus

A passion for the beauty and wellness industry
