The Fortitude Team is seeking a personable, relationship-driven Customer Service Manager to work with individuals and families as they pursue their financial goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, building relationships, providing excellent service, and communicating with clients. You’ll receive training and mentorship while learning how to identify client needs, provide financial education, and help clients evaluate financial strategies based on their goals. Previous financial services experience is not required. Experience working with people is what matters most. This is a remote opportunity with flexible part-time and full-time pathways. Applicable professional licensing is required. Responsibilities: Meet virtually with prospective and existing clients Build positive, long-term client relationships Learn about clients’ financial goals, needs, and priorities Provide financial education after completing required training and licensing Help clients understand available financial strategies and solutions Provide ongoing follow-up and client support Schedule and conduct client reviews Participate in weekly training, coaching, and professional development Develop new relationships through referrals, networking, and community outreach Maintain accurate client documentation and follow applicable compliance requirements Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer-service mindset Enjoys helping and working with people Friendly, professional, and dependable Coachable with a willingness to learn Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable communicating virtually Strong organizational and time-management skills Customer service, hospitality, healthcare, education, banking, or sales experience is a plus but not required Must be eligible and willing to obtain applicable professional licensing Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000
