Location: McDuffies Bakery – Clarence, NY Position Type: Part-Time Schedule: Approximately 4 days per week, primarily afternoon shifts plus Saturday opening shifts

Join Our Team at McDuffies Bakery! McDuffies Bakery is a family-owned bakery serving Western New York since 1976. We take pride in providing outstanding customer service while offering our customers delicious baked goods, frozen meals, pot pies, soups, and specialty products. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our Clarence location.

Position Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

Help customers with purchases and provide excellent customer service

Answer questions and offer recommendations about our products, including:

Fresh baked goods

Frozen pot pies and meals

Soups and specialty items

Develop knowledge of McDuffies products and ingredients

Operate the register and process customer transactions accurately

Package products and prepare customer orders

Keep displays stocked, neat, and attractive

Assist with maintaining a clean and organized store environment

Help with light cleaning and other assigned duties

Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

Comfortable interacting with customers and answering questions

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

Willingness to learn about our products and make recommendations to customers

Schedule:

Approximately 4 days per week

Primarily afternoon shifts

Saturday opening shift required
