We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and being part of a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Position Overview As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for our customers—helping them get the information, support, and solutions they need to keep their operations running smoothly. You’ll work closely with sales, operations, and our global team, gaining hands-on knowledge of our products and industry along the way.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and urgency
Provide clear, accurate information about Movex products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive experience
Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree or higher
1–3 years of relevant experience (customer service or related field)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
Comfort with basic computer systems (SAP experience is a plus)
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is helpful, but not required
