    What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, helping ensure every job runs smoothly from the first call to completion.

    Answer incoming calls and warmly greet customers and visitors

    Enter new job leads and referrals (FNOL) accurately and efficiently

    Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism

    Perform detailed data entry and maintain accurate records

    Create and manage digital job files

    Monitor job progress and ensure documentation is complete

    Review and validate initial field documentation

    Track subcontractors and job-related services

    Support accounting and other departments as needed

    Keep the office organized and running efficiently

    What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys helping others.

    2+ years of administrative or office experience

    Strong customer service skills with a positive, professional demeanor

    Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

    Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks

    Comfortable learning new systems and software

    Bonus Points For:

    Experience with QuickBooks (we’re happy to train!)

    Familiarity with Xactimate or similar industry software
