What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls + support customers
Follow up on open estimates (no sales pressure)
Book jobs and update records in ServiceTitan (we train you)
Keep the office organized and running smoothly
Support dispatching, scheduling, and daily workflows
Send review links + assist with simple marketing tasks
Communicate clearly with customers and technicians

Requirements
1+ year admin, CSR, receptionist, or office experience
Strong communicator, comfortable on phones
Full-time, in-office availability (Celina)
Reliable, organized, and proactive
