Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy, efficiency, and clear documentation
Maintain a deep understanding of company products and services to support customer needs
Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated concerns and improve service processes
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up on open cases to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus
1+ years of experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
