Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project timelines
Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction
Follow up on client feedback to improve service delivery
Support administrative functions related to client accounts
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
