    We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients, maintaining service excellence, and representing Nexmos Design with professionalism and care.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person

    • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and project timelines

    • Resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically

    • Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction

    • Follow up on client feedback to improve service delivery

    • Support administrative functions related to client accounts

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)

    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer-facing role

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software

    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

    • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach
