    We are seeking a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical in maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that every client interaction reflects the high standards of Nexmos Design.

    Responsibilities

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal systems in a timely and professional manner

    • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue and providing effective solutions

    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback

    • Collaborate with internal teams (design, sales, technical) to address customer concerns

    • Provide feedback to improve service procedures, policies, and client experience

    • Monitor and follow up on client satisfaction and engagement

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

    • 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a creative or agency environment

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and remain calm under pressure

    • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
