    We’re seeking a positive, detail-oriented customer service representative for a rewarding career! Preferred candidates will be Bilingual in Spanish with ability to speak and write Spanish fluently. Not a dealbreaker. This key position works with customers, the production team and outside vendors to provide excellent service and project support. Your primary goal is to help drive sales and boost customer satisfaction, ensuring every project is on time and earns a 5-star review. Experience with Printers Plan or other quoting and order processing system, Adobe Suite, and B2B CSR skills are HIGHLY VALUED. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service to walk-in customers, by phone, and via email. • Look for cross-selling opportunities for Print, Direct Mail, Signage, Apparel & Promotional marketing tools. • Quickly gather customer information and project details. • Communicate confidently and professionally about our capabilities, and recommend products that best meet their budget and timeline. • Be the confidant and positive B2B voice with all parties, building a secure experience for the customer and the rest of the team. • Use a WIP to manage projects to completion Qualifications: • Excellent active listening & interpersonal skills.Clear Speaking VoiceExperience working in a customer-oriented environment.Printing, Signage, or Marketing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. • Proficient skills in Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Ability to set up print and cut files is a plus! • Working knowledge of Quoting software (Printers Plan), Outlook, and Salesforce (Plan Prophet) a plus!.Prepare & Send quotes, converting them to orders. • Excellent time management experience. • Prior experience with offering branded apparel & promotional items is a plus. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $18 - $24 hourly
