You’ll Fit If You:

Are licensed in Texas (P&C)

Have 12+ months of experience with Insurance billing, claims, or renewals

Move faster when it’s busy

You’re organized, clear, and fast on the phones

What You’ll Actually Do:

Solve billing + policy issues fast, across 30–50 daily calls, emails, chats

Track and beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates)

Join weekly coaching—cross-sell, retention, and communication

Spot broken processes and help fix them

Pay + Perks:

$45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps earn $60K–$70K)
