You’ll Be a Fit If You…
· Hold a Texas P&C license · Have 12+ months in insurance service, billing, claims, or renewals · Thrive when the pace speeds up · Want clients requesting you by name · Are sharp, organized, and fast on the phones · (Bonus) Speak Spanish and want to help more customers
You won’t be a fit if you need constant reminders, get overwhelmed when it’s busy, or avoid being measured.
What You’ll Do
· Fix billing + policy issues fast · Beat metrics (resolution time, satisfaction, follow-up rates) · Join weekly coaching on cross-sell, retention, and communication · Spot broken processes and help fix them · Get better every single month
Pay + Perks
· $45,000 base + monthly bonuses (top reps: $60K–$70K) · Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) · Monday–Friday only — your nights + weekends are yours
