About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service throughout the restoration process.

Coordinate project timelines and ensure timely completion of restoration projects.

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and project progress.

Assist in developing project plans and budgets to meet customer needs.

Provide updates and reports to clients on project status and next steps.

Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with colleagues on various projects.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and project management preferred.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric demeanor.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of restoration processes is a plus.

High school diploma required; degree in a related field is a plus.
