  • Responsibilities

    We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Customer Service Representative / Receptionist to join our growing team. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right person.

    In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — whether on the phone or in person — and will assist with day-to-day service tasks including policy changes, documentation requests, and claim support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Answer incoming phone calls and assist or direct clients as needed

    Help customers with routine service needs such as:

    Adding/removing vehicles

    Printing and emailing ID cards

    Processing address or contact info changes

    Assist clients with basic claim-related questions and escalate to licensed agents when appropriate

    Maintain a welcoming and professional front office environment

    Schedule appointments and follow up with clients as needed

    Support licensed agents with administrative tasks

    Ideal Candidate Will Have:

    A positive attitude and strong communication skills

    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures

    Comfort working with computers, phones, and office equipment

    Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or receptionist roles is a plus

    Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus, but not required

    Work Schedule:

    Part-time (20–25 hours per week to start)

    Flexible hours available Monday through Friday

    Potential to expand to full-time based on performance and business needs
