Job Duties:
Primary responsibility is processing customer renewal letters. Follow up via phone and email. Will train technical product informaiton. Candidate must be comfrotable on phone.
Back up Customer Serivce for all order processing responsbilities.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
Call on customers with past due payments. Detailed documentation of call including actions items and any follow up if applicable.
Additional duties as directed by management.

Benefits/Hours: Flexible hours (between 9am-4pm). 4 day workweek. 18 - 25 hour workweek.
1 week paid vacation after 1 year. 2 weeks paid vacation after 2 years. 7 paid holidays.
