Domino's Pizza in Berkeley, United States is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 9432 Natural Bridge Rd location. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience while supporting our busy restaurant operations.

• Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Assist in pizza preparation and other food service tasks as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours
• Lift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs
• Adhere to company policies and food safety regulations
