Position Summary:
As a Domino’s Customer Service Representative (CSR), you are the face and voice of the store. Your role is to provide excellent service to every customer—whether over the phone, at the counter, or through online orders—while helping the team run efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone.
Accurately take customer orders and enter them into the point-of-sale system.
Answer questions about menu items, promotions, and deals.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions securely.
Assist with food preparation when needed (making pizzas, preparing sides, cutting orders).
Ensure the store remains clean and organized, including lobby, counter, and food prep areas.
Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and attention to detail for handling orders and payments.
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability.
Must meet minimum age requirements (varies by state, typically 16+).
