Domino's Pizza in Springfield, United States is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 2660 South Fifth St. location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

• Answer phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Process cash and credit card transactions
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assist with various cleaning tasks as needed
• Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs.
