    Job Description

    We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
    • Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
    • Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
    • Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software
    • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary
    • Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
    • Proficiency in customer service software and basic computer skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
    • Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with challenging situations
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience preferred
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing
