We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3108 S Kingshighway location in St. Louis, United States. As a Customer Service Rep, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a timely and professional manner
- Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and promptly
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are fully resolved
- Document customer interactions and update customer records in our service software
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or management when necessary
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive team environment
