Position Overview: We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our service department. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for customers, a friendly voice on the phone, and respond with knowledgeable answers to customer questions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner
Provide basic product parts information
Address questions and concerns with patience
Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls and email
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments
Collaborate with sales and delivery teams for a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, dependable, and approachable demeanor
Able to stay organized, calm during busy times, and eager to learn
Bonus Points If You:
Have experience in customer service
Speak multiple languages (English/Spanish is a big plus)
A "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" attitude for helping out with other team needs
