    Connect Staffing, Inc. seeks an IT Support Analyst (Mobile Devices & Operations Systems) for a long-term contract role with a top corporate employer headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. This individual will provide hands-on technical support for mobile devices, kiosks, and operational applications used by field teams. In this role, you will help troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests, and ensure devices remain operational in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience who enjoys solving technical problems and supporting end users. Hourly rate up to $18.80/hr based on experience. Responsibilities include:

    • Provide first-level support for iOS devices, kiosks, and operational applications
    • Troubleshoot basic device, connectivity, and application issues
    • Log and track incidents in a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)
    • Escalate complex issues to senior technical teams when needed
    • Assist with device setup, replacements, and deployment activities

    Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of IT support experience (help desk, NOC, SOC, or technical support)
    • Experience supporting enterprise devices or hardware
    • Familiarity with iOS devices in a managed environment
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Exposure to operational dashboards or reporting tools and familiarity with MDM tools or vendor coordination is a plus
