Ingram Micro’s Integrated Solutions Group is looking for an SAP Production Planner to join their team. The SAP Production Planner role is a member of our Integration Services operations team. The work is done in a discrete manufacturing facility where we create consumer end user computing appliances and enterprise datacenter solutions.

This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire, Hourly position with starting pay at $16.00- includes opportunity for Overtime + BONUS + PTO/Sick Days & our Benefits that start Day 1!

Job Functions:

• Working with the Operation's Tech Team on file build issues.

• Communicating externally to clients, as well as internally to Sales in order to bring resolution to issues in order for the POS Device(s) to ship.

What you bring to the role:

• Prior customer service experience is a PLUS.

• REQUIRED experience with Outlook and Excel.

• Ability to solve routine problems with clear solutions.
