About the Role:
As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll play an important role in helping our clients succeed by ensuring their questions are answered promptly, their orders flow smoothly, and their concerns are handled with care. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse Teams to resolve issues, provide updates, and maintain a high level of service. You’ll gain valuable experience in e-commerce operations while working alongside a supportive Customer Support Team that values your contributions and encourages growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to client inquiries and support requests through email and ticketing systems (Freshdesk).
• Monitor order statuses, tracking updates, and inventory details to ensure timely communication with clients.
• Help resolve fulfillment issues by coordinating with internal teams and following up on open tickets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and report recurring issues to the management team.
• Support process improvements by identifying common questions or bottlenecks.
• Provide a friendly, professional, and solutions-oriented experience in every client interaction.
Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or support (3PL or e-commerce experience a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with WMS or e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, TikTok) preferred.
• Familiarity with Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems a plus.
