Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Plumbing Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher located in Nashville, TN. The Plumbing Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of plumbing technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. This role involves handling customer inquiries, dispatching technicians to job sites, maintaining accurate records, assisting with parts and equipment inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Plumbing Dispatcher will work closely with the service team to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
