    Position Overview

    Growing supply chain company seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

    The Ideal Candidate

    • Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously

    • Strong multitasking and organizational skills

    • Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly

    • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

    • Spanish speaking is a plus

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact

    • Process and track orders from entry through delivery

    • Communicate order updates and resolve customer issues

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment

    • Maintain accurate customer and order records

    Qualifications

    • 2+ years of customer service, account management, or order processing experience

    • Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
