Position Overview
Growing supply chain company seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer accounts, process orders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience managing multiple customer accounts simultaneously
Strong multitasking and organizational skills
Tech-savvy and able to learn new systems quickly
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Spanish speaking is a plus
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
Process and track orders from entry through delivery
Communicate order updates and resolve customer issues
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment
Maintain accurate customer and order records
Qualifications
2+ years of customer service, account management, or order processing experience
Experience working with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
