We’re committed to quality, innovation, and outstanding customer service — and we’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team.

    Job Summary: The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing support with orders, product information, delivery updates, and general inquiries. This role is key in maintaining strong relationships with our clients and ensuring a smooth experience from order to delivery.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, friendly manner

    Process orders, quotes, and returns accurately and efficiently

    Communicate order status, shipping updates, and product availability to customers

    Collaborate with production, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries

    Resolve customer issues and complaints with a solution-oriented mindset

    Maintain accurate customer records in our system

    Provide product information and assist customers in selecting appropriate solutions

    Support the sales team with customer follow-ups and administrative tasks

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree a plus

    2+ years of experience in a customer service or order entry role (manufacturing or industrial setting preferred)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and ERP/order processing systems

    Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

    Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude
