Remote Appointment Setter (Independent Contractor)

Mister Sparky Electric of PA is seeking a reliable, professional Appointment Setter to help convert inbound leads into booked electrical service appointments.

This is a remote independent contractor position. You will contact homeowners, respond to leads, schedule appointments, confirm appointments, and help ensure a great customer experience.

Compensation

Performance-Based Compensation:

$10 per qualified appointment booked

$10 when the appointment is completed

$5 when the customer leaves a Google review

$5 when a membership is sold

Monthly performance bonuses may be available.

Responsibilities

Call new inbound leads immediately

Respond to web forms and missed calls

Contact leads from Google, Angi, Thumbtack, referrals, and website inquiries

Confirm upcoming appointments

Reschedule canceled appointments

Follow up on unsold estimates

Request Google reviews after completed jobs

Maintain detailed notes in company systems

Requirements

Excellent spoken and written English

Professional phone presence

Reliable high-speed internet

Quiet home office

Ability to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours

Experience in customer service, appointment setting, dispatching, sales support, or call centers preferred

Qualified Appointment Requirements

To qualify for compensation, appointments must:

Client must be located within our service area

Include a valid phone number and address

Be scheduled in company software

Not be duplicate leads

Not be spam or solicitation calls

Remain scheduled through the appointment date
