    Hours for this shift:

    Mon – Wed 3:30 pm-11:30 pm

    Sat & Sun 4:00 am-12:00 pm

    Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:

    • Support our fleet of drivers
    • Coordinate routing to ensure timely customer pickups
    • Enter data and trips for future reservations
    • Assist management in reviewing driver performance
    • Work with account managers to develop operational efficiencies
    • Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent service

    Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Experience in routing or logistics preferred
    • Strong communication skills
    • Proficiency in routing software and GPS
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
