We’re currently looking for a dependable and energetic Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our team. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer emails and assist with quoting jobs
Follow up on estimates and orders
Deliver completed jobs and drop off marketing packets to potential clients
Visit current customers to maintain strong relationships
Assist in bindery and finishing work
Help present and prepare custom t-shirt orders
Support office tasks and general workflow
Requirements:
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Friendly and professional attitude
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to multitask and stay on schedule
Customer service or print industry experience is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
Receive a high volume of inbound calls and emails
Identify the reason for the customer’s call, collect relevant information, and provide quote
Refer to premade scripts for a variety of customer service topics
Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
Document all customer interactions
Meet personal and team quotas
Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred
Comfortable using computers and customer management software
Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
Understanding of active listening techniques
Ability to work well under pressure
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
