Position Summary: Minuteman Press is looking for a versatile, energetic, and people-focused team member to join our fast-paced print and promotional products shop. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives on helping customers while supporting daily operations We’re looking for a people-person who is confident making phone calls, visiting customers, and helping wherever needed—whether it’s deliveries, quotes, or production support.

Job Responsibilities:

Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers

Perform quote follow-ups and service check-ins

Deliver packages, printed materials, and samples to customers

Drop off marketing materials to potential new clients

Assist with basic bindery and production tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:

Friendly and professional on the phone and in person

Self-motivated and organized

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Reliable transportation

Comfortable with multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or in a similar role is preferred

Comfortable using computers and customer management software

Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

Understanding of active listening techniques

Ability to work well under pressure

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize projects and manage time effectively
