The Role and Your Impact:
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in managing increased customer inquiries during our busy “super bowl” season (September 2025-January 2026), ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Your impact is significant, as you help maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty, directly contributing to Petite Plume's success. This is a seasonal temporary position with 30 hour work weeks, and potential to flex up in hours during our peak weeks.
