Job Description:

This position is responsible for interacting and assisting customers with vehicle repair needs, interpreting information, discussing work

performed with the customer, mileage verification, data entry, resolving customer complaints, scheduling vehicles for preventative maintenance service, warranty work and commercial repairs and service.

• Tentative start date will be dependent upon interviews conducted, onboarding completed, and the state agency issuing a PO.

• HireRight must be used for Background Checks and Drug Screenings

Required Skills

Automotive and fleet maintenance operation environment experience

Customer service experience specifically responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
