Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will provide phone-based support to customers who require assistance after their purchase. This role ensures a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering helpful solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers needing after-sales assistance.
- Provide clear information regarding orders, services, and product support.
- Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
- Follow company procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer and data entry skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
