    Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM 

    Job Summary:
    The Customer Service Representative will provide phone-based support to customers who require assistance after their purchase. This role ensures a positive customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering helpful solutions in a timely and professional manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Answer incoming calls from customers needing after-sales assistance.
    • Provide clear information regarding orders, services, and product support.
    • Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed.
    • Maintain a professional and courteous manner at all times.
    • Follow company procedures to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in customer service or call center preferred.
    • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
    • Basic computer and data entry skills.
    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
