Position Overview:
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives for a full-time position in Pompano Beach, FL. This is a great long-term opportunity with the potential for conversion to a permanent role. We’re looking for dependable, professional candidates with strong communication and computer skills.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
- Full-time, on-site position
Compensation:
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate information and high-quality customer support.
- Perform data entry and maintain records with a high level of accuracy.
- Communicate clearly with customers, team members, and management.
- Use Microsoft Office and Outlook to manage communications and documentation.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Clear and strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Must have a clear background (background check required).
- Must pass an assessment test evaluating:
- Typing speed and accuracy
- Data entry skills
- Microsoft Office and Outlook proficiency
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
