Position Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for an international printing and graphics company. Full training will be provided for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming inquiries, quotes, and orders via phone, email
- Manage job progress, provide status updates, and resolve issues promptly
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on printing options, file requirements, and timelines
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Serve as the liaison between clients and production teams to ensure job specifications are accurately communicated and executed
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in the order management system
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the print industry
- Proven background in customer service or account management
- Strong understanding of print terminology, file formats, and production workflows
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with print management systems
- Experience with Adobe is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
