    We are seeking a skilled individual to become part of our team in Markle, IN as a Customer Service Representative. This position will involve engaging with clients and collaborators, along with advising both external and internal parties to ensure the efficient completion of assignments. Responsibilities: • Coordinate and oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and successful delivery. Projects are large wood-framed buildings such as motels, apartments, college dorms, and assisted living buildings • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve project goals • Interpret construction drawings and identify any problems or discrepancies in the plans • Develop effective solutions to address issues and mitigate risks, while maintaining quality standards • Maintain a deep understanding of wood-framed buildings and construction processes • Utilize software tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to track progress and maintain documentation • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members • Display a detail-oriented and well-organized approach to project management and customer service Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience in wood-framed building projects • Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and identify problems in the plans • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent verbal communication skills for effective client and team communication • Detail-oriented personality with strong organizational skills Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
