Position Overview: Weβre seeking an experienced Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping clients with their insurance needs while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with policy inquiries, payments, endorsements, and renewals
Process changes, cancellations, and reinstatements accurately and efficiently
Provide excellent customer service in person, over the phone, and via email
Support agents by maintaining client records and documentation
Handle incoming calls and follow up with clients as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
Insurance experience required (Property & Casualty license a plus)
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
