We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our call center team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and follow-up calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound and follow-up calls.
Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient customer service.
Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints.
Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or personnel.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related to call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services.
Requirements
Previous call center experience is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with the Richmond, Virginia vicinity.
Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
