    You’ll manage the full order lifecycle — from entry to shipment and invoicing — while serving as the go-to support partner for our customers and Regional Sales Managers. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Own the order process from start to finish — receiving, entering, and managing customer orders with precision, providing timely confirmations, and jumping on upsell opportunities when they make sense.

    • Be the communication bridge between customers and internal teams, clearly setting delivery expectations, resolving issues quickly, and coordinating with Logistics and Operations to adapt to changing needs.

    • Verify pricing, generate accurate invoices, reconcile consignment programs, and support Regional Sales Managers with product information, reporting, and customer inquiries.

    • Monitor customer inventory levels, maintain contract and NDA files, assist with monthly KPIs, and pivot seamlessly when priorities shift or special projects arise.

    What You Bring:

    • Minimum 3+ years of B2B customer service or inside sales or account management experience - customer facing role/business to business in a manufacturing

    • Proficiency with ERP systems

    • Ability to learn technical product knowledge to guide customers effectively

    • Strong MS Office Suite skills, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
