Responsibilities
Answer calls, emails, and messages professionally
Schedule and dispatch handyman service appointments
Provide service details, pricing, and updates to customers
Handle complaints and resolve issues calmly
Maintain accurate records in CRM software
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in customer service with telecom experience preferred
Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and stay organized
