    Responsibilities

    Promptly answer incoming phone calls

    Caringly assist callers with their needs

    Effectively communicate via LiveChat, Email, and other forms of electronic communications

    Accurately schedule service & repair appointments based on service area and scope of work

    Actively communicate with the Dispatch Team regarding availability and skill sets

    Assist other team members as needed to accomplish shared goals

    Assist customers in the Showroom as needed

    Assist with daily office operations

    Qualifications

    Computer and data entry proficiency (Microsoft Office and iOS)

    Previous Call Center/Dispatch experience preferred

    Working knowledge of ServiceTitan is a plus

    Friendly, outgoing, and service driven
