What You’ll Be Doing:
Helping clients with policy changes and account questions
Assisting customers by phone, text, and email
Supporting agents with quotes and follow-up
Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience
Learning the insurance industry from the ground up
Growing toward eventually becoming a licensed insurance agent
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Organized and dependable
Comfortable using computers and technology
Able to multitask in a fast-moving environment
Insurance experience is a plus, but not required
Insurance license not required to start, but becoming licensed will be an expected goal after hiring
