    We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fairfield manufacturing facility. This on-site position will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system
    • Take detailed messages for team members and ensure proper follow-up
    • Address and resolve billing inquiries and customer complaints with patience and professionalism
    • Update and maintain customer profiles and account information
    • Provide product information and assist customers with questions about our manufacturing services
    • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
    • Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system

    Required Qualifications

    • Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
    • Strong written communication skills for crafting clear, concise emails
    • Previous customer service experience preferred
    • Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional demeanor and positive attitude

    Work Environment

    • On-site position at our Fairfield manufacturing facility
    • Full-time, temporary position (duration to be discussed during interview)
