We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Temporary Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Fairfield manufacturing facility. This on-site position will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Primary Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through our order management system
- Take detailed messages for team members and ensure proper follow-up
- Address and resolve billing inquiries and customer complaints with patience and professionalism
- Update and maintain customer profiles and account information
- Provide product information and assist customers with questions about our manufacturing services
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong written communication skills for crafting clear, concise emails
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
