Responsibilities:
Provide prompt, accurate and friendly customer service to current clients
Greet and assist incoming customers in our store-front location
Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and work together to attain sales goals both individually and as a team
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads and generate reports
Requirements:
Must be willing to obtain Property and Casualty License, as well as Life and Health License within 1-2 months after first day of employment (all costs associated paid by Agent)
1-2 years minimum in a customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening
Take pride in completing work both accurately and timely
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Preference to work in a team environment
