Seeking Customer Service Representatives for one of the nation's largest utility companies to provide support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
WORK LOCATION: 2301 Market St, Philadelphia, PA, 19103
PAY: $20.00
CONTRACT DATES: ASAP - 2 year contract
HOURS: Hours rotating between M-F, 8am - 4:30pm and 10:30am - 7pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Providing information about products or services, including pricing, availability, and features.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Escalating complex or unresolved issues to senior customer service representatives or management.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs or concerns.
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a customer-focused attitude.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous customer service experience and knowledge of customer service principles and practices are beneficial
